Our field is a 4
acre facility located in a 600 acre farm. There is a 300' long by 35'
wide geosynthetic (Petromat) primary runway and an adjacent 400' long by
75' wide grass runway. A dedicated helipad and flight area is located on
the south end of the flying field.
To aid
in preparing airplanes and helicopters for flight and for safety
purposes, several work/startup tables are available in the startup area.
Individual pilot safety stations are located adjacent to the runway and
helipad. The pit area (pilot and aircraft holding area) is separated
from the startup and flying area by a safety fence.
